Terms of Service Agreement

The following document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the administration of the Torzon Marketplace. By accessing any official torzon mirror, registering an account, or initiating a blockchain transaction within our ecosystem, you explicitly agree to these terms.

DISCLAIMER: This is an anonymous marketplace operating on the Tor network. While we prioritize freedom of trade, we enforce strict rules to ensure the platform's survival against hostile entities. Violation of these rules results in immediate termination without appeal.

01 // Account Security & Access Protocol

1.1. Credential Management & Phishing Defense

The security of your account is paramount. Users are solely responsible for verifying that they are accessing the official Torzon site via a legitimate onion V3 address. The administration provides a signed list of mirrors on our Mirrors Page. Accessing the market via links found on clearweb wikis, Reddit, or unverified indexes is done at your own risk.

We employ a strict "No Refund" policy for funds lost due to phishing. If you enter your credentials on a fake torzon link, and an attacker drains your wallet, we cannot reverse the Monero transaction. It is technically impossible. Always verify the PGP signature of the login page before entering your password.

1.2. PGP Encryption Requirement

Torzon is a PGP-enforced environment. Vendors are required to have a 4096-bit PGP key linked to their profile. Buyers are strongly encouraged to enable 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) immediately upon registration.

Communication containing sensitive delivery information (names, addresses, tracking numbers) MUST be encrypted. While our internal messaging system has an "Auto-Encrypt" feature, relying on server-side encryption is bad operational security (OpSec). Users should encrypt messages locally using GPG/Kleopatra before pasting them into the chat box. Sending cleartext addresses is grounds for a temporary account suspension.

02 // Financial Policy & Escrow Mechanics

2.1. The Monero (XMR) Standard

To ensure the privacy of our users, Torzon Market operates exclusively with Monero (XMR). We do not accept Bitcoin (BTC) due to its lack of fungibility and the ease with which Chainalysis firms can track transactions.

Deposits are credited after 3 network confirmations (approximately 6-10 minutes). Users are assigned a unique sub-address for every deposit. Do not save old addresses in your wallet address book. Sending funds to an expired address may result in loss of coins.

2.2. Multisignature Escrow (2-of-3)

Standard orders on the torzon darknet utilize a 2-of-3 Multisignature escrow system. This means three keys are generated for the transaction: one held by the Buyer, one by the Vendor, and one by the Market Admin. To release funds, 2 of the 3 keys must sign the transaction. This system protects users from exit scams.

2.3. Finalize Early (FE) Waiver

"Finalize Early" (FE) is a privilege granted only to top-tier vendors who have proven their reliability over 500+ trades with a 98% positive rating. When you purchase an FE listing, you agree to release the funds to the vendor before the item is delivered.

WARNING: By choosing an FE listing, you voluntarily waive your right to Torzon escrow protection. If the vendor fails to ship, or if the package is seized, the market administration cannot recover your funds.

03 // The Blacklist (Prohibited Goods)

Torzon adheres to a Harm Reduction philosophy. Listing the following items results in an immediate, permanent ban.

1. Fentanyl & Synthetic Opioids

Strictly banned. Includes Fentanyl, Carfentanil, U-47700. The risk of accidental overdose is unacceptable.

2. Weapons & Explosives

We are a drug and digital goods market, not an armory. No firearms, ammo, or explosives.

3. Child Exploitation (CP)

Zero tolerance. Violators are banned and details published.

4. Doxxing & Hitman Services

Selling private info or soliciting violence is banned.

5. Terrorism Material

Propaganda or funding for terrorist orgs is not welcome on the official torzon site.

6. CIS/Russia Fraud

No carding or data theft targeting CIS citizens to maintain neutrality.

04 // Shipping & Stealth Standards

4.1. Vendor Obligations

Selling on Torzon market requires professional tradecraft. Vendors are contractually obligated to use high-quality stealth methods. Simply throwing a vacuum-sealed bag into an envelope is insufficient for international borders. Requirements include multiple layers of Moisture Barrier Bags (MBB) and visual decoys.

4.2. Customs Seizures & Reship Policy

If an order is seized, liability depends on stealth quality. If seized due to poor stealth (smell/shape), the vendor MUST refund 100%. If random seizure with perfect stealth, policy defaults to vendor T.O.S (usually 50%). Buyers must provide a clear "Love Letter" (Seizure Notice) to qualify.

05 // Dispute Resolution & Judicial Process

5.1. Opening a Dispute

A buyer may initiate a dispute if: 1) Order not arrived within max timeframe. 2) Product substantially different. 3) Product is fake (requires lab test). Once opened, funds remain locked in Torzon escrow.

5.2. Evidence & Burden of Proof

The Torzon administration acts as the judge. Vendors must prove shipping. Buyers must provide high-res photos. We recommend filming the unboxing of every package. An unboxing video is the "Gold Standard" of evidence.
