I cannot access the Torzon Login page. Is the site down?

If you cannot load the torzon login page, check our Mirrors Page. The main torzon url might be under DDoS. Switch circuits in Tor Browser or disable JS ("Safest" level).

I lost my password or PIN. Can I recover my account?

No. We do not store email addresses. If you lost your mnemonic seed, your account is gone forever. This is a security feature to prevent social engineering.

How do I enable PGP 2FA?

Go to User CP -> Security. Paste your Public Key. Check "Enable 2FA". Next time you login, you must decrypt a challenge message.

Deposits & Crypto

My deposit hasn't arrived after 2 hours.

XMR requires 10 confirmations (~20 mins). Did you verify the torzon onion link before depositing? If you used a phishing site, funds are lost. If on the real site, open a ticket with TXID.

Do you support Bitcoin (BTC)?

Yes, but we advise against it. BTC is transparent. Monero (XMR) is the only currency that guarantees anonymity on the torzon link. If using BTC, mix coins first.
